Nickel 200 Plates are highly immune to various reducing chemicals, have excellent resistance to caustic alkalies, superior electrical conductivity outstanding resistance to corrosion to distilled and fresh waters, Resistance to neutral and alkaline salt solutions, superior resistance to dry fluorine and can be largely used to handle caustic soda, excellent thermal, electrical and magnetostrictive characteristics. Nickel Alloy 2.4066 Plates offer some resistance to hydrochloric and sulfuric acids at moderate temperatures and concentrations.

We carry out detailed checks on our Plates which include flattening tests, raw material test, hardness test, 100% radiography, macro tests, flaring tests, chemical testing, third-party inspection, and PMI testing.
