Kalikund Steel & Engg. Co. is an eminent producer, distributor and exporter of CS Pipe Fitting. CS Pipe Fitting comprises of 2.1 % of carbon of its total weight. It is called Carbon Steel because the content of niobium, chromium, molybdenum, nickel, tungsten, vanadium cobalt, titanium, and zirconium is not specified.
The content of copper should also be 0.40% of the total weight of it’s composition. Buttweld pipe Fittings have a high carbon content. This high content of carbon makes it hard and stronger when exposed to heat treatment. It also results in less ductility. CS P235GH Pipe Fitting are produced in many various forms namely Elbows, Tees, Reducers, Pipe Tee, Cross and Stub end. Carbon Steel are manufactured in three types which are low-carbon steel, high carbon steel and high tensile steels. For the low carbon content, these pipe fittings are malleable and ductile but offer a low tensile strength.
When exposed to water, carbon steel buttweld fittings can easily corrode and get rusted. The Carbon Steel Pipe Fitting have the ability to sustain high pressure. They can also stand high temperature and are easy to install. Carbon Steel Buttweld Fittings are used widely for applications which do not require materials with higher corrosion resistance like nickel alloys and stainless steel.
