Nickel Alloy UNS N02201 Pipes function extremely well under reducing conditions and can also be used in oxidizing conditions due to the formation of a passive oxide film.
Nickel Alloy 2.4068 Pipes are highly resistant to numerous reducing chemicals, have excellent resistance to caustic alkalies, high electrical conductivity superior corrosion resistance to distilled and fresh waters, Resistance to neutral and alkaline salt solutions, exceptional resistance to dry fluorine and can be widely used to handle caustic soda, superior thermal, electrical and magnetostrictive characteristics. Nickel 201 Pipes offer some resistance to hydrochloric and sulfuric acids at modest temperatures and concentrations.
Nickel 200 Pipes are used in various industrial application such as Breweries, Seawater Applications, Caustic handling equipment, Reactors and vessels in which fluorine is generated and reacted with hydrocarbons, Aerospace and Missile Components, power generation, synthetic fiber production, etc.
We carry out comprehensive testing on our pipes which include flattening tests, raw material test, hardness test, 100% radiography, macro tests, intergranular corrosion tests, chemical analysis, third-party inspection, and PMI testing.
