Nickel 2.4068 Pipes display outstanding features like outstanding resistance in several corrosive conditions including hydrofluoric acid and alkalis. Nickel 2.4066 Pipes perform extremely well under reducing conditions but can also be used in oxidizing conditions due to the formation of a passive oxide film.
Nickel 2.4066 Pipes are highly resistant to various reducing chemicals, have excellent resistance to caustic alkalies, high electrical conductivity superior corrosion resistance to distilled and natural waters, Resistance to neutral and alkaline salt solutions, superior resistance to dry fluorine and can be widely used to handle caustic soda, outstanding thermal, electrical and magnetostrictive properties. Nickel 200 Pipes offer some resistance to hydrochloric and sulfuric acids at modest temperatures and concentrations.
Nickel Alloy 2.4068 Pipes are used in numerous industries and applications such as Breweries, Seawater Applications, Caustic handling equipment, Manufacture and handling of sodium hydroxide, particularly at temperatures above 300 degrees F, Aerospace and Missile Components, power generation, synthetic fiber production, etc.
We conduct detailed testing on our pipes which include flattening tests, raw material test, hardness test, 100% radiography, macro tests, flaring tests, chemical analysis, third-party inspection, and Positive Material Identification testing. We conduct these tests to make sure that the pipes are error-free and ideal for use in several environments.
