Nickel Alloy 2.4066 Pipes show exceptional characteristics like outstanding resistance in many corrosive conditions including hydrofluoric acid and alkalis. Nickel 2.4066 Pipes function exceptionally well under reducing conditions and can also be utilized in oxidizing environments due to the formation of a passive oxide film.
Nickel Alloy 201 Pipes are highly immune to numerous reducing chemicals, have excellent resistance to caustic alkalies, superior electrical conductivity excellent resistance to corrosion to distilled and fresh waters, Resistance to neutral and alkaline salt solutions, excellent resistance to dry fluorine and can be widely used to handle caustic soda, excellent thermal, electrical and magnetostrictive properties. Nickel 201 Pipes offer some resistance to hydrochloric and sulfuric acids at modest temperatures and concentrations.
Nickel 2.4068 Pipes are used in various industrial application such as Breweries, Marine and offshore engineering, Salt production, Reactors and vessels in which fluorine is generated and reacted with hydrocarbons, Aerospace and Missile Components, electronic and electroplating components, caustic evaporators, etc.
