Nickel Alloy 200 Pipes show excellent features like exceptional resistance in several corrosive conditions including hydrofluoric acid and alkalis. Nickel 2.4068 Pipes operate exceptionally well under reducing conditions but can also be used in oxidizing environments due to the formation of a passive oxide film.
Nickel Alloy 200 Pipes are highly immune to numerous reducing chemicals, have exceptional resistance to caustic alkalies, high electrical conductivity excellent corrosion resistance to distilled and fresh waters, Resistance to neutral and alkaline salt solutions, excellent resistance to dry fluorine and can be largely used to handle caustic soda, superior thermal, electrical and magnetostrictive properties. Nickel 200 Pipes provide some resistance to hydrochloric and sulfuric acids at modest temperatures and concentrations.
Nickel Alloy UNS N02201 Pipes are used in various industries and applications like Breweries, Seawater Applications, Salt production, Manufacture and handling of sodium hydroxide, particularly at temperatures above 300 degrees F, Chemical and Petrochemical Processing, electronic and electroplating components, synthetic fiber production, etc.
