Nickel 2.4068 Pipes function exceptionally well under reducing conditions and can also be utilized in oxidizing environments due to the formation of a passive oxide film.
Nickel 2.4066 Pipes are highly resistant to numerous reducing chemicals, have excellent resistance to caustic alkalies, high electrical conductivity outstanding corrosion resistance to distilled and fresh waters, Resistance to neutral and alkaline salt solutions, exceptional resistance to dry fluorine and can be widely used to handle caustic soda, superior thermal, electrical and magnetostrictive properties. Nickel Alloy 200 Pipes offer some resistance to hydrochloric and sulfuric acids at moderate temperatures and concentrations.
Nickel Alloy 2.4066 Pipes are used in numerous industries and applications such as Breweries, Marine and offshore engineering, Salt production, Reactors and vessels in which fluorine is generated and reacted with hydrocarbons, Aerospace and Missile Components, electronic and electroplating components, synthetic fiber production, etc.
