Nickel 2.4068 Plates are highly immune to numerous reducing chemicals, have exceptional resistance to caustic alkalies, superior electrical conductivity superior resistance to corrosion to distilled and natural waters, Resistance to neutral and alkaline salt solutions, excellent resistance to dry fluorine and can be widely used to handle caustic soda, exceptional thermal, electrical and magnetostrictive properties. Nickel UNS N02201 Plates provide some resistance to hydrochloric and sulfuric acids at modest temperatures and concentrations.
Nickel Alloy UNS N02200 Plates are utilized in a wide range of industrial application like Breweries, Seawater Applications, Caustic handling equipment, Manufacture and handling of sodium hydroxide, particularly at temperatures above 300 degrees F, Chemical and Petrochemical Processing, electronic and electroplating components, synthetic fiber production, etc.
We conduct detailed checks on our Plates which include mill tests, raw material test, hardness test, 100% radiography, macro tests, flaring tests, chemical testing, third-party inspection, and PMI testing.
