Nickel 2.4068 Plates exhibit excellent features like exceptional resistance in many corrosive environments including hydrofluoric acid and alkalis. Nickel Alloy 2.4068 Plates perform exceptionally well under reducing conditions and can also be utilized in oxidizing conditions due to the formation of a passive oxide film.
Nickel 2.4068 Plates are highly resistant to numerous reducing chemicals, have exceptional resistance to caustic alkalies, superior electrical conductivity excellent resistance to corrosion to distilled and natural waters, Resistance to neutral and alkaline salt solutions, exceptional resistance to dry fluorine and can be widely used to handle caustic soda, outstanding thermal, electrical and magnetostrictive characteristics. Nickel Alloy 200 Plates provide some resistance to hydrochloric and sulfuric acids at modest temperatures and concentrations.
Nickel 201 Plates are utilized in various industrial application like Food processing equipment, Seawater Applications, Caustic handling equipment, Manufacture and handling of sodium hydroxide, particularly at temperatures above 300 degrees F, Chemical and Petrochemical Processing, power generation, caustic evaporators, etc.
