Nickel Alloy 200 Plates show outstanding characteristics like outstanding resistance in several corrosive environments including hydrofluoric acid and alkalis. Nickel 201 Plates perform exceptionally well under reducing conditions and can also be used in oxidizing conditions due to the formation of a passive oxide film.
Nickel 201 Plates are highly immune to various reducing chemicals, have excellent resistance to caustic alkalies, superior electrical conductivity excellent resistance to corrosion to distilled and natural waters, Resistance to neutral and alkaline salt solutions, superior resistance to dry fluorine and can be largely used to handle caustic soda, exceptional thermal, electrical and magnetostrictive characteristics. Nickel Alloy 2.4068 Plates offer some resistance to hydrochloric and sulfuric acids at moderate temperatures and concentrations.
Nickel Alloy 201 Plates are utilized in a wide range of industrial application like Breweries, Seawater Applications, Salt production, Reactors and vessels in which fluorine is generated and reacted with hydrocarbons, Aerospace and Missile Components, power generation, synthetic fiber production, etc.
We perform detailed checks on our products which include flattening tests, raw material test, hardness test, 100% radiography, macro tests, flaring tests, chemical testing, third-party inspection, and PMI testing.
