Nickel Alloy 2.4066 Plates exhibit outstanding characteristics like excellent resistance in several corrosive conditions including hydrofluoric acid and alkalis. Nickel Alloy 201 Plates function exceptionally well under reducing conditions but can also be used in oxidizing conditions due to the formation of a passive oxide film.
Nickel Alloy 2.4068 Plates are highly immune to various reducing chemicals, have excellent resistance to caustic alkalies, high electrical conductivity exceptional corrosion resistance to distilled and fresh waters, Resistance to neutral and alkaline salt solutions, exceptional resistance to dry fluorine and can be largely used to handle caustic soda, superior thermal, electrical and magnetostrictive characteristics. Nickel Alloy 2.4068 Plates provide some resistance to hydrochloric and sulfuric acids at modest temperatures and concentrations.
Nickel 200 Plates are utilized in various industrial application like Breweries, Marine and offshore engineering, Salt production, Manufacture and handling of sodium hydroxide, particularly at temperatures above 300 degrees F, Aerospace and Missile Components, power generation, synthetic fiber production, etc.
We conduct comprehensive checks on our products which include flattening tests, raw material test, hardness test, 100% radiography, micro tests, flaring tests, chemical testing, third-party inspection, and PMI testing.
